10 and Under Age Group Program (ages 6-10)
Parent Packet for SuperSquad Group
Super Squad: (Swimmers in this group may choose up to 3 practices per week.)
~Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 4:45-5:30pm at YMCA
Dolphin: (Swimmers in this group may swimm in at least 3 but no more than 5 practices per week.)
~Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 4:00pm-4:45pm at YMCA
~Tuesday, Thursday from 4:00pm-5:00pm at YMCA
Marlin: (Swimmers in this group should practice 5 teams per week. If your swimmer can't attend these Sheldon practices, then please speak to a coach about joining the Dolphin Group.)
~Monday-Friday from 4:00pm-5:00pm at YMCA

Bronze –
Dry land T/TH 5:30-6:15pm Sheldon
M-F 6:15-7:30PM Sheldon pool
*The above includes 15 minutes of stretching before swim time.
Silver –
M/W 4:45-6:30pm --
Amazon until Oct 13th
M/W 5:45-7:30pm --
Echo Hollow until Nov. 1st
M/W 6:15-8pm Echo Hollow Nov. 1st-Mid Feb
T/TH 6:15-7:30PM Sheldon pool
Fri 6:15-7:30pm Sheldon pool
Sat. 7:45-9:30pm Sheldon pool
*The above includes 15 minutes of stretching before swim time.
M/W for Silver/Gold practices at Echo hollow switch once High
school season starts from 5:45-7:30pm to 6:15-8pm, once High
school season ends we go back to 5:45-7:30pm. The above High
School dates are tentative.
